Applications for Participation
New to MLS Now? Start here. (An appraiser working under an existing MLS Now member — not a primary — should use “Add or remove a user” under Member & office forms instead.)
Real Estate Broker
Apply for broker participation. Choose your board-affiliation fee tier inside the form; the Certification of MLS of Choice and all packet documents are included.
Real Estate Appraiser
Apply as a primary appraiser participant. Packet documents are listed inside the form.
New member requirements
Complete these after your application. New members must finish Orientation (including the Introduction to MLS class) within 30 days of joining.
Orientation Quiz
Complete after reviewing the Membership Orientation Manual (in Resources). Required within 30 days of joining.
Certification of MLS of Choice (Dues Waiver)
Standalone form for brokers waiving dues for licensees who subscribe to a qualifying MLS outside MLS Now's area. (Already included automatically in the broker application.)
