MLS of Choice Information

MLS of Choice lets a broker designate MLS Now as their required MLS while relying on their primary MLS to satisfy the NAR Clear Cooperation listing requirement — and, where the rule below applies, waive MLS Now dues on that basis. The rules and a quick-reference tip sheet are linked below.
